The Mortgage Works is the award-winning, intermediary-facing specialist mortgage division of Nationwide Building Society.
The website redevelopment project included: analysing usability research, pinpointing ways to improve user experience, redesigning site architecture, developing site design and html templates for every page, integrating brand and product messages, copy editing and working hand-in-hand with TMW’s technical development team.
Key features of the new design include: improved access to TMW’s online trading platform (TMW Online), simpler navigation, improved access to deep-down content, customisation facility, and more coherent branding.
