As part of a concerted drive to improve mark-making* and the services we offer, we wrote to clients requesting some honest feedback on how we were doing.
Many of our clients took the time out from super-busy schedules to put their thoughts on paper, and for that we wanted to say a huge thank you.

The collective feedback has been immensely useful. From overwhelmingly kind and positive comments about our attitude and creativity, to valuable constructive criticism and entertaining views on our choice of bathroom wall paint – we have been given plenty to feel encouraged by and much to consider.

One area we intend to look at more closely going forward is ‘communication’ – in the broadest sense, from day to day project management, to keeping our clients informed with what we are doing for others and how specific ideas and services might be of relevance and use to their business.

Though this was a formal exercise in gathering feedback, we are open to client thoughts at any time. After all, as one client suggested, for a ‘creative’ agency, we’re not that ‘precious’. And we took that as a compliment.
