Iron Ali joins team GB

After his success in the Ironman UK Championship last year, Ali has qualified for the 2007 ITU Long Distance Triathlon World Championships in Lorient, France.

Over two thousand athletes, among the best in the world, are expected to take part in this international event… plus Ali. He will represent team GB in his age group. From this day forward, Iron Ali will be ditching in this his car and travelling to meetings by either biking, running or swimming. Please make sure he’s showered before entering your building.

Swim : 3 Km starting from the beach
Bike : 80 Km on a coast road between Lorient and Guidel Plage
Run : 20 Km on the road
